Quilkyns is a large family house that, over the past eight years we have turned into a small comfortable Bed and Breakfast offering

Room 1 - is a large south facing room with views to the sea and its own full sized en-suite bathroom. This has a bath with a good quality electric shower over it, a wash basin, toilet and electric towel rail. The bedroom has twin beds which, if required can be converted into a six foot super-king size. This room also has space to become a family room with the addition of a full sized good quality folding single bed. A built in wardrobe provides plenty of storage space. The lilac and green colour scheme blends well with the pine furniture. There is an LCD digital TV, clock radio alarm and hospitality tray with plenty of hot drink supplies, bottled water and a selection of biscuits and sweets. |

Room 2 - Although slightly smaller is still a good size, with its own wash basin. This room is decorated in yellow and blue, with a seaside theme and has views to the sea. The room again has pine furniture and a built in wardrobe. There is also an LCD digital TV, radio alarm and hospitality tray.

The bathroom for this room is three steps across the hall and for the sole use of room 2. It has recently been completely re-fitted to include a large shower cubicle, a large double ended bath, toilet, bidet and wash basin vanity unit. The orange and white colour scheme gives it a really warm feel. Bath robes are supplied in the room. |

Both rooms are on the ground floor and so in the morning it's upstairs to the dining room. Here you will be able to have your breakfast and enjoy the views across the village to the sea beyond. We offer our guests a good choice for breakfast with both hot and cold food, a selection of cereals, juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt and our own homemade bread and preserves. |

Outside there is convienent off-road parking and a patio area. Also available is secure undercover storage for cycles, diving and surfing equipment. Limited washing and drying facilities are available on request. Wi-Fi Broadband Internet access is also available.
